Do you offer refunds?

You may cancel service at any time by contacting us and requesting cancellation of services.

Due to the cancel anytime nature of this agreement we shall not be compelled to issue a refund, pro-rated or otherwise. We do reserve the right to issue a refund on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Do you offer technical support?

Our support hours are 9am–5pm Australian Eastern Time (QLD), Monday through Friday. Use our Support Form, email info@domain.com or phone 123 456 7890. Outside of these times, please text 123 456 7890 with any urgent issues relating to your web or email hosting.
